As apposed to the very costly solution of hardwood replacement sash windows, we specialise in restoring the existing units, that can relieve the cost by up to 50%, yet give the same quality finish. We take out each casement and strip them back to bare wood, treat any rotten areas of the frame and the casements with the leading timber repair and care methods, rebuilding the units back to their former glory. Before we repaint and refit your sash units we reglaze them with a choice of 4 - 6 mm glass, or 9mm - 11mm double glazing. Finally our draft proofing system is installed - and it actually works!
